Biography
Elsinore was born in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England to a poor family, the youngest out of five - two girls and three boys-.
Although things were hard, her parents loved their kids. As soon as Elsinore was eighteen, she left her family to see what adventures lay waiting for her. She couldn't ignore the feeling in her heart that she was meant for more.
She was woefully unprepared for a life outside of her family home. Within five months she was penniless, living in half way houses, and that is where she met Jett.
He was darkly intriguing and dangerous, and they grew inseparable. But Elsinore still wanted more from her existence. Then one day, he offered her something she couldn't refuse- a way out.
She accepted, forever changing the trajectory of her life as she transformed into something way more than any human mind could accept. She stopped aging, and her need for food and drink was replaced by a craving for human blood. At first she hated having to drink blood, but the feeling soon gave way to acceptance.
She and Jett were companions for decades, traveling the world and indulging in all of life's gifts. But Elsi had cut off all contact with her family in order to save them from the knowledge of what she had become. It was her one regret.
The pair thought themselves invincible, but things were about to take a drastic turn. One night, while out hunting, a dark figure attacked them. She lost consciousness, and when she came to, Jett was dead. He wasn't the only thing that she lost that night. Elsinore was no longer a vampire, but as she mourned the loss of her partner and of her identity as she knew it, it was clear that while seemingly human, she still didn't age.
Frightened and alone, Elsinore picked up the shreds of her life and moved overseas to the West coast. She began to work as a photographer, living alone and trying to carve out a normal life for herself.However, just when she began to somewhat adjust to being human again, a brutal attack in an alley left her a vampire once more. Elsi is again left to gather the remnants of her life and try to forge her way ahead.
